Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the Limitless Validator mobile application (the "Application"), developed and provided by Limitless Technologies (the "Service Provider"). The Application is part of the Limitless Parking suite and is provided "AS IS." The Application is used by parking staff to validate parking tickets/activity for a connected site.
Information We Collect
The Application collects information when you sign in and use it. Collected information may include:
- Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address.
- Your device operating system and version.
- Technical and performance data related to app functionality, including crash and error diagnostics.
- Account and identity information used to sign in, such as your name, email address, user ID, organization, and assigned role.
Parking-related data: The Application processes parking-specific information you enter or capture in order to validate a parking activity, such as the vehicle's license plate number, registration emirate/country, the validation reason and any comment provided, and a photograph of the ticket or vehicle submitted as evidence. This information is collected solely to find and validate the correct parking activity for the connected site and to maintain accurate validation records.
How We Use Your Information
- To operate and maintain the Application and associated services — in particular, to look up and validate parking activity on your behalf.
- To authenticate you and restrict access to authorized staff and organizations.
- To send you service-related notifications (for example, announcements about the Application).
- To diagnose and fix technical issues through automatic crash and error reporting.
Third-Party Services
The Application uses the following third-party services to operate, each of which has its own privacy practices:
- Auth0 — authentication and identity management used to sign you in.
- Firebase (Google) — crash reporting (Crashlytics), remote app configuration, and push notifications (Cloud Messaging).
- Apple and Google platform services — used to deliver push notifications and, where applicable, in-app update prompts.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Legal Disclosures
We may disclose user-provided and automatically collected information:
- When required by law, court order, subpoena, or other legal process.
- When we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property, or the safety of others.
- To trusted service providers who process data on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect your information.
Opt-Out and Data Deletion
You can stop all data collection by signing out of and uninstalling the Application. To request deletion of data stored by the Service Provider, contact us at the address below. We will process deletion requests in a reasonable timeframe.
Data Retention
We retain user-provided and automatically collected data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable period thereafter to fulfill operational and legal obligations.
Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data, including secure on-device storage of your session credentials. While we strive to use appropriate safeguards, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Children's Privacy
The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13 and is intended for use by authorized parking staff only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us to request removal.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When changes are made, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
